Teacher Bio

My favourite children’s book is “Kensukes Kingdom” by Michael Morpurgo. This is because of the captivating story, relatable characters, and themes of friendship, survival, and adventure. This book has the ability to transport you to a different world.

My favourite subject to learn and teach at school is mathematics as I enjoy solving challenging problems. Mathematics allows you to be creative and explore patterns through hands-on activities, real-world applications which supports you to understand the world around you.

I am originally from Portugal and can speak Portuguese, Spanish and some Romanian. I love to travel and enjoy learning about and experiencing different cultures. I enjoy watching Disney movies and taking my two dogs, Jake and Penny on adventures.
