Year 4 Yoga
Year 4 enjoyed a very relaxing yoga session today.
Here are some of the benefits of yoga:
- Improved concentration and focus
- They are happier
- Teaches them helpful breathing techniques
- Reduced anxiety and stress (balances the brain)
- Increases body awareness
- Interpersonal skills
- Improves their posture and balance
We hope to carry out more yoga sessions across the school and hope all our children can experience the benefits.
