Teacher Bio

Favourite subject at school and why: I love History because it’s fascinating to learn about different cultures around the world. By learning about the past, we are opening our minds to how other societies thrived, despite challenges brought on by outside influences.

Favourite children's book you have read: The Faraway Tree by Enid Blyton is a tale full of wonderful adventures.

What topics are you looking forward to teaching next year?: I am really looking forward to teaching my year group about frozen kingdoms. In this topic, we learn about tundra biomes where temperatures drop down to the negatives. From glaciers to polar bears, its time to discover the human impact on this sub—zero continent.

Any other info!: One of my favourite things to do is eat and cook new things. I love learning about food from around the world, so if you have any family recipes, send them my way!
