Year 4 Yoga

Year 4 enjoyed a very relaxing yoga session today.

Here are some of the benefits of yoga:

  • Teaches them helpful breathing techniques
  • Reduced anxiety and stress (balances the brain)
  • Increases body awareness
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Improves their posture and balance

We hope to carry out more yoga sessions across the school and hope all our children can experience the benefits.
