Year 2 Trifle Making Workshop
In Literacy this week some of Year 2 made fruit trifles which linked to our theme of 'Instruction Writing'. We used peaches, pears, apples, grapes, sponge fingers, raspberry and cherry jelly, custard and a swirl of cream.
We chopped, sliced, cut and diced the fruit and layered all the ingredients into our cups in order.
We are going to write up our recipes for our trifles and maybe some parents might like to try our recipe for themselves.
